Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Goods will only be shipped after payment has been successfully processed
Returns/Refund
If goods received are faulty, incorrect or require an exchange or refund, please contact us at sales@mjbuildingplastics.com or call us on 01942 248433 before sending the item(s) back.
Faulty and incorrect sent goods from MJ Building Plastics will be exchanged or refunded to the customer.
If you have ordered the wrong items or would like to return the order, you have 14 days from processed payment completion to return to us. Only the price of the goods, excluding shipping, will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
The customer must cover the price of shipping back to MJ Building Plastics. The shipping cost will not be refunded unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly sent.
The goods must be in as new condition with any leaflets, accessories and original packaging.
Returns received without prior written or verbal approval by MJ Building Plastics may be subject to delay.
Please place a copy of your invoice inside the parcel so that we may know which order it relates to and who to refund.
