Our fascia replacement boards and reveal liner capping boards come in a range of profiles and colours.

The MJ Building Plastics range includes 20mm fascia boards, 16mm bullnose, ogee and square-edged fascia boards,reveal cover boards and tudor boards, most in a choice of white, black, irish oak, light oak, mahogany and rosewood foil.

We provide ourselves on stocking only high quality products, which is why our white fascia range is guaranteed for 15 years, whilst coloured profiles are guaranteed for 10 years.

Cellular uPVC fascia boards are an excellent replacement for timber due to their impermeable skin, which prevents corrosion from the weather elements, and high thermal insulation properties. The fascia boards are lightweight and easy to install and require no maintenance. The boards are also fire resistant and will self extinguish rather than combust.

Fascia Installation Tips:

Remove rotten or damaged timber
Provide treated backing board for 9mm reveal or cover installation
Fix 9mm boards with 2x 50mm plastic headed, A4 marine grade stainless steel annular ring shanks nails into support timber
Fix 20mm and 16mm boards with 2x 65mm plastic headed, A4 marine grade stainless steel annular ring shanks nails into rafter feet
Use 2 fixing at centres not exceeding 600mm
An 8mm gap should be left between plank lengths
Appropriate joints and corners are secured using silicone
