Soffits

MJ Building Plastics supply a range of vented, hollow and solid unvented flat soffit boards that provide ventilation to the roofs of central heated properties.

Made from durable, cellular uPVC, the soffit boards are available in white along with foiled colours such as black, light oak, rosewood and mahogany. The soffits are low mantenance and give a modern, clean finish to any home.

9mm vented soffits are suitable for roofs with a pitch greater than 15 degrees. These soffits allow a flow of air into and out of the roof void equivalent to a 10mm continuous gap as required by the Building Regulations.

The popular and economical hollow soffit boards can be mounted along the length of the soffit but can be cut into short lengths and mounted across the depth of the soffit to produce an interesting detail.
